First Screenshots for The Corridor Arrive

Earlier this week Desktop Daydream Studios released both Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight campaigns for its upcoming virtual reality (VR) compatible horror title, The Corridor: On Behalf of the Dead. The former hopes to raise £37,500 GBP by 1st September 2014 to fund development of the title while the later aims to secure enough positive votes to be approved for sale on Valve’s digital store come full launch.  Now the first screenshots for the title have arrived, which can be seen below.

A total of seven screenshots taken from the title can be seen below. They showcase The Corridor: On Behalf of the Dead‘s dank, grim environments, which are set inside the mind of a suspected killer. Players are cast as a Custodian that enters the mind of the killer, looking to gather evidence on their crime based on their memories. Gameplay will involve exploring these environments, solving puzzles and avoiding direct confrontation with enemies.

Those interested in The Corridor: On Behalf of the Dead can currently pre-order the title via its Kickstarter campaign for £10. The title is due to launch on PC, Mac and Linux in January 2016 which full support for the Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD). VRFocus will continue to follow the title’s progress going forward, reporting back with any further updates on its development.
